2 double rooms for long-term let - brixton hill 🌻

Hi !!

Elli and I have lived in this lovely 4-bedroom house on brixton hill for nearly two years and are moving out together so looking to pass the baton on from 11th May!! ✨

Both our rooms are available for long term let - 12 months w/ a 6m break clause - with the bigger room at £900pcm and the smaller one at £820pcm. This is without bills included but bills come up to roughly £100pcm (give or take in the winter/summer) !

The house has one bathroom and a toilet + utility, living room and garden (which has a fresh lawn!!). It is a 5 min bus ride from Brixton underground station - where you can get to central in 15 mins. 15 mins walk to Brockwell Park and Streatham high street, lots of cute coffee shops and Brixton market/bars/club/restos nearby. Tesco express & sains two mins walk away and a Lidl in streat/brix 20 mins walk away.

The current housemates: us two girlies will be leaving aian & kwane (+ kwane’s cat shoyo), who are very chill and social guys. Looking for someone who is easy going and equally social to take our spot at sulina rd! The house has seen its fair share of dinners, pres and lil parties over the last couple of years but everyone is p chill and on most days just like to hang in the living room :)

Elli and I have paid rent until 18th May, as the rent month runs 18th-18th - if moving in from 11th would just need to send us a weeks worth of rent at some point :) but move in date can be flexible!

Pls message for viewings ! A £200 non-refundable holding deposit will need to be paid to secure the room, which will come out of first months rent.

We are also getting the house professionally cleaned and assessed by the landlord for damages/repairs before moving so I’ll be all fresh for the new tenants moving in! 🩵
