Bright room in spacious Brixton/Clapham house

We have a light airy double room in our friendly house share. Perfectly located on a quiet residential street only 2 mins walk from Lidl, 10 mins walk from Brixton station and high street, and 10 mins walk from Clapham North and Clapham High Street stations.

The house is a spacious Victorian terrace with a large living room/dining area, a separate kitchen and two bathrooms, including waterfall shower and bath. There is also a small garden/courtyard with garden furniture.

The room is furnished with a double bed (with under bed storage), chest of drawers, clothes rail and built in cupboard space with shelves (wardrobe and desk available to buy from leaving housemate).

We are 3 professional women looking for another female housemate aged 30+ who is clean, tidy and respectful. This is a quiet and chilled environment where we each enjoy living independently (no shared cooking, nights out, etc), but still very much get along and respect each other’s privacy and space. We also share responsibilities to maintain the house and ensure communal areas are clean and tidy, as it’s really important to us that everyone can enjoy the space as their home!

Rent is £715 and around an extra £70-80 for bills which includes a fortnightly cleaner, full fibre broadband, gas/electricity and household products. Water and council tax is included in the price. The room will be available from 19th May.
