Short term room available

I am away for a few months and subletting my room for the duration. Sublet will start from 10th of June until early September, I will confirm exactly what day shortly. The room is really spacious and it has a balcony, perfect for the summer period! 8 min bus to Brixton station which has amazing connections or a 10 min walk to Tulse Hill Station for all South Western lines/overground. There is an off license 5 min walk, a Brockwell Park 10 min walk and Sainsburys local 15 min away.
You’ll be living with 3 other housemates

from Australia, Spain and Russia. They are all on different works schedules - they are all friendly and enjoy a chat in the kitchen (no living room sadly), they sometimes go out together however they have their own lives and respect each others spaces. We also have a weekly cleaning rota.
