Hello, I am pleased to offer a room in a spacious, clean and friendly flat-share in the heart of Brixton.

The flat is a short walk from the Victoria line at Brixton underground station and there's also rail links via both Brixton overground and Loughborough Junction.

There are lots of local shops, gyms and restaurants nearby as-well as having Brockwell Park and Brixton Market right on your doorstep.

The flat has three bedrooms, two of which are occupied by my flat mates, Rafael and Ryan. They are both working professionals, friendly and sociable.

There’s a huge open plan kitchen and living room with a balcony which is great for unwinding or socialising.

There is also a bicycle parking space available for cyclists. Making it a perfect location to get in and around the city.

The bedroom is large and has enough space to work from home, which I sometimes choose to do. It is equipped with a corner desk, office chair and the flat has high speed internet access.

The rent for the room is set to increase to £1101.05 pcm. Bills come to roughly £100 per month depending on the time of the year.
