Hey! I’m moving out and my current housemates Alice, Paddy and Will are looking for a sociable, tidy housemate that is up for joining in on dinners, drinks, trips to the pub, chilling on the sofa together and who loves going out!

We regularly do stuff with our friends who live opposite so looking for housemates that will want to get involved.

We like the dynamic of a mixed house so ideally a guy would be more suited for the room. We are aged 29/30 and work in corporate jobs so looking for housemates 26 + that work Mon-Fri.

Room: Massive master bedroom with an ensuite but no furniture so will need to be furnished. The ensuite has a shower and also a separate bath and him & her sinks. Built in wardrobe and there’s a good space perfect for a desk to be able to work from home.

The house: 4 bed house, very nicely furnished, has a north facing garden in a new development in SW2 (10 min walk from Clapham North / 15 min to Brixton). We have the tenancy until 2027 so looking for long term tenants or at least 6 months. It’s a very sociable development of 16 houses with a connecting walkway between all gardens.

The boring stuff: Bills approx £100 each p/m.
