We are looking for a new housemate (current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend) in the Brixton Hill area.

RENT 💰
Double room £810 pm (£1031.25 deposit - we adjusted the cost of the rooms to make it more fair so the deposit on the listing had to be reduced)
ADDITIONAL BILLS - council tax (band C), wifi, gas, water & electricity (varies month to month)
MOVE IN DATE - end of May/start of June

THE HOUSE 🏠
The house is at the top half of a maisonette with a large open plan kitchen/living area (with an island!) and a small study/laundry/cloakroom. It is located near the top of Brixton Hill on a residential street. The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside table.
Fran occupies the top room which has its own ensuite and Amy occupies the other room on the first floor and shares the bathroom.

Located about a 20 min walk from Brixton centre, Clapham North & Clapham Common Station & a 10 minute walk from Brockwell Park.

ABOUT YOU (a good mix of feral & chill)
Looking for someone of a similar age (23-32), chill, tidy and social who mostly works in the office or at site. Having a clean and tidy home is important to us as and we enjoy a house meal and a catch up fairly frequently but also live our own lives outside of the house. Pots Pans and all crockery (and crocs) are actively encouraged - our housemate is taking all of them with her 🥲.

ABOUT US
We are Amy and Fran (both 25). Amy works as an Operations Coordinator for a travel company and is occasionally away on work trips. She also plays hockey for Tulse Hill & Dulwich HC. Fran works for an EV startup in Victoria and enjoys travelling and is about to have her second surgery of the year (for her leg not her face).
This is not a party house, but keen to have people around for dinner/drinks from time to time.
No couples, students or pets (we’ve got Fran already).
