We have a lovely double room available in our 3 bedroom flat located in the Brixton and Clapham area. It's a great location, about 10 mins walk from Clapham Common and Clapham North for Northern Line or 15 mins walk to Brixton for Victoria Line and loads of bus stops a couple of minutes walk. The street is quiet with lots of young professionals living here. There are lots of pubs, bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance, as well as Brockwell Park and Clapham Common.

It is a first floor, split level flat and fully furnished. There is good storage in the room with a large wardrobe, shelving and under bed storage. There is also plenty of shared storage around the flat. We've recently had the whole flat repainted, and new carpets are being installed throughout in early May.

There is a kitchen, bathroom and large living room with a dining table and Roku TV with Netflix, iPlayer etc. Everything is well kept and clean. There is also plenty of street parking if you have a car.

We are 2 women in our early 30s working in education / charity. We work a lot but we're a sociable flat and spend time together in the lounge and are looking for someone similar.

The room is available from 1st June.
Rent is £770 per month + bills of £120 (hoping these go down soon!) The deposit is £700.

It's a really great flat and we love living here. Though the room is the smallest of the three it's great value for the location.
