Large top floor double room in sociable house SW2

We are looking for someone to join our house ASAP as our current housemate unfortunately has to move out at short notice.

We are respectful and tidy people who all get on well with each other and ideally want someone like-minded to join the house. We often do things together like cook and chill together in the evening but also all have our own friends and things going on :)

It is a beautiful large Victorian house that was refurbished in 2022. The house is situated between Clapham and Brixton in Brixton Hill and is in walking distance to the Clapham and Brixton tube stations. There is also a bus stop at the end of the street that takes you there.

It is a spacious top floor double room that has plenty of space for wardrobe, desk etc. The bills are roughly £60-£80.
