Looking for someone to take over my contract for the final 3 months over summer, with potential to sign for a following year once contract is up.

It’s a great size with plenty of space if you need to work from home.

This room is in a lovely home for the past three years. It's honestly a fantastic spot for someone looking for a social homely place.

We also have other rooms available in the house!

The highlight of the house which we’ve loved it the open plan kitchen living room downstairs, which open right onto a lovely garden—ideal for sunny summer BBQs! The garden is already set up with a table, chairs, and a BBQ grill, so you’re good to go from day one!

Location-wise, you’re on Brixton Hill, which is super convenient:

🌳 Just a 10-minute stroll from Brockwell Park (great for a Park Run!).
🚆15 minutes walk to both Brixton and Clapham stations.
🚍 A 2-minute walk will get you to several major bus routes.
🛒 Lidl is a 10-minute walk away.

The house itself has four double bedrooms. We’ve also got two bathrooms!

As for the kitchen, it's got a gas cooker, a brand new washer/dryer and loads of cupboard space. There’s lots of storage space throughout the house too, which we’ve loved..
