-no eat in kitchen, but lots of storage and counter space (bike in kitchen is also gone)

Room £709 + bills (roughly £135 per person each month, depending on electric & gas use)
-unfurnished, not even a wardrobe
-fits double bed, desk and wardrobe with room to spare
-available Dec 18th when rent is due, but move in flexible (as early as Dec 1st)- message me to discuss

-literally nextdoor to Lidl, Tesco Superstore and Anytime Fitness down the street
-Bus 35, 37, 345 and P5 at doorstep
-short bus rides to Clapham Common and Brixton tube stations or 15 min walk

-comes with quiet, senior dog - he comes to the office with me 3x/week

-works in investor relations/PR firm for life science and healthcare start ups

-socializes outside of home (with you, anyone really - just outside of our flat)
