Friendly Housemate in Brixton Wanted!

Hello to our potential new housemate!

A little bit about the current flatmates,
Maria (40) really lovely, easy going Italian who loves to travel, yoga and techno, so if you’re up for a mixture of things she’s your girl 😉
Roman (25) lovely Russian who is always up for fixing things around the house or if you need someone who help your with any decoration ideas/general handy stuff he's your guy.
Paula (32) again with the theme of “lovely” haha, she loves to cook, go to the gym and dance the night away at a bar in Brixton!
Sadly we do not have a living room but enjoy a regular chat in the kitchen and up for doing things outside of the house but all housemates are on different schedules so it would help to have your own stuff going on outside of the house. If you’re looking for a relaxed, clean and friendly environment then this is the place.
Tulse Hill station is a 10 min walk away or you can catch a 10 min bus to Brixton station (Victoria Line).
There is an off license 5 min walk away and Brockwell Park is only a 10 min walk away, with summer around the corner a dream!!!! Lots of festival in the summer and Brixton is lively with the market/other venues.

There is a cleaning rota and we all put money towards cleaning products.

Looking for someone to take over the room. Not necessarily a contract however you do need to give a months notice. The landlord is an old friend of Maria’s and fairly quick to reply should we need anything.

To be honest for the price/location it’s an absolute steal.
