Rent is £676, will be rising to £710 from 1st November.
Bills are £140 per person, per month, includes gas & electric, water, wi-fi and council tax (band C).
So rent + bills will be £816 from 1st June
Rising to £850 from November.

We deal directly with live-out landlords who are responsive and efficient.

Its a quiet road in a well connected area:
- Brixton Station, 10m bus or 25m walk
- Tulse Hill Station, 10-15m walk
- Herne Hill Station, 15-20m walk
with many buses night and day

Brockwell Park just 10m walk away and several shops plus a big Sainsburys 20m walk away

Our current flatmate is leaving to travel! So we’re looking for an easygoing, respectable housemate who will contribute to a clean and tidy household.
