Hey there! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 4-bedroom LGBT+ friendly home in Brixton. A large, bright double room is available from May 1st.

Our charming Mansion Block flat features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The heart of the home is a bright open-plan kitchen and living area with south-facing windows—perfect for relaxing together or entertaining friends.

We’re a friendly, sociable household that values both hanging out and respecting each other’s space. The flat was recently repainted and maintains a warm, easygoing vibe. Our landlord is based in New York—hands-off but efficient with repairs.

THE ROOM

This is a spacious, light-filled double room featuring a period brick fireplace and exposed wooden floorboards. The room comes furnished with a double bed (which lifts for storage underneath), wardrobe, desk, bedside table and drawers. You’ll share the main bathroom with myself and Morana. We also have a second, smaller bathroom that Martin uses, which is always there as a backup if the main one is occupied!

COSTS

Deposit: £1100

Rent: £1100 pcm

Bills: All-inclusive (Council tax, water, electricity, high-speed fibre internet, and a fortnightly cleaner).

We also have "James," our robot vacuum, keeping the common areas tidy daily. We use Splitwise for shared essentials like cleaning supplies and toilet paper.
