I’m Natasa, Greek-British, 36, and I’ve been living in London for 11 years. I work as a teacher and I’m easy-going, tidy and respectful. I’ve lived in this flat for five years and it really feels like home. In my free time I enjoy exploring the city, galleries, theatre and cinema, relaxing at home, and going for walks in nearby Brockwell Park.

The flat is in a modern, gated development in Brixton, just a 5-minute walk from Brixton Station, 2 minutes from Brixton Village and all amenities, and only 12 minutes to Oxford Circus via the Victoria Line. The building has a concierge service and is very safe and secure.

The flat has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, air-fryer), two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My room is ensuite; the available double room is not ensuite, but the new tenant will have sole use of the large main bathroom.

The room comes with fitted wardrobes and extra storage (drawers under the bed and additional space in the flat). The flat also has underfloor heating with an independent thermostat, double-glazed windows, a storage room, bike shed, communal gardens, and three air-conditioning units (living room and both bedrooms).
