I would like to rent my second bedroom! It's a lovely flat - ground floor of a Victorian property in an amazing location between Herne Hill and Brixton. It's 2 minutes walk to Brockwell park if you like spending time in nature, and a very easy commute to most of London - 8 minutes walk to Brixton tube and 10 minutes to Herne Hill overground.
I’m the owner and I have a toy poodle called Buttercup, who is 5 now, and she is the best! She needs a little time to get to know you at first but then is extremely affectionate.
I work central 4 days a week in retail - some morning, and some evening shifts.
I am looking for someone who is chilled, friendly, respectful, loves dogs and mostly works away from home.
The rent will be £1100 including all bills.
