Tenancy takeover for 1 room in 2 bed flat in Brixton

My housemate is moving in with her sister, so I am looking for someone to take over her tenancy

Landlord is happy for us to paint the flat and put up art, as long as we paint it back at the end of the tenancy. My bedroom is green and the living room is pink as you can see.

I am 25 and work for a charity, I work from home 2-3 days a week. I am a very social person and love hosting friends, but also love a chill evening in, especially early week! Your friends are more than welcome as well.

Whilst I love to host, it is not a party flat - better suited for cosy drinks, dinner parties, movie nights, catch ups, arty evenings in, and putting the world to rights over a bottle of wine. I make a roast most Sundays for friends, which is always lovely and wholesome :) I would like to live with someone who I can be friends with and share a happy home
