We are offering a spacious double room in a modern, partially furnished 2-bedroom flat located in vibrant Brixton, just a 7-minute walk from Brixton Station, offering excellent transport links into central London and beyond, at a cost far below market price. The bills take the total to roughly £750 per month. The Band B council tax is included in your rent.

You will be living with me, Leo, one of the two landlords. I am a 25 year old musician & guitar teacher, easy to get along with.

I'm in the house on many weekdays but mostly spend these days in my room. I'm often out in the evening at a gig. I like to cook but mostly do fairly quick one-pot meals.

My partner usually comes to stay for the weekends and I have friends over in the sitting room in the daytime/evening on occasion.

My work comes with some needs - I will need to host private lessons living room, currently just one evening per week, for which I need the space for myself.

I also need to be able to practice during the daytime - if you are working from home you may find this distracting. (I keep this practice to daylight hours)
