🛏️ The room: Decent size double, furnished plenty of space for your stuff. Not a huge amount of space for a desk (but might be able to make it work) so more suitable for someone who's occasionally wfh rather than regularly!
🏡 The flat: Fully stocked kitchen (with dishwasher & washing machine), comfy living room, garden, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine.
📍 The location: Amazing transport links (Clapham North, Brixton, Clapham Common & Clapham High Street all within 10 minutes walk), plenty of cafés, pubs and shops nearby in Clapham and Brixton.
🙋🏻♂️Me: Professional, sociable, out and about a fair bit, but always up for a chat, a Netflix night etc.
Who I’m looking for: Someone clean, tidy & respectful, preference for LGBT+.
