Lovely double room in Brixton Hill area

Looking for females only.

The room itself is a good sized double and very affordable especially with the bills included - you’ll be on the top floor and sharing a bathroom with one other.

The house itself is a lovely semi detached on a quiet street but very close to the vibrant Brixton (20 min walk, 5-10 min bus), Balham, Streatham and Clapham. Transport wise there is lots of links and very easy to get around. The house is very spacious and a really good sized garden along with on street parking (permit needed) but always space to park on the street.

You’ll be sharing with 7 others who are all fantastic and the housemates all get on really well. Looking for someone who isn’t just looking for a room and enjoys socialising but equally respect everyone’sspace too.

The room itself is technically furnished (a double bed, chest of drawers, bed side table and arm chair included)

Move in date would be around 1st June onwards.
