We’re looking for x1 new flatmate to move in to our x4 bed x2 bath flat in Brixton from mid April.

About the flat:

Location: Brixton, less than a 10 min walk from the station!

Rent: £938 for each room - price inclusive of all bills.

Ground floor flat with its own entrance.

About us:

Molly (30), Georgie (28) and Tamsin (31), all working full time. Molly works in publishing and performs music and comedy in her spare time. Georgie works in Locations in Film and TV and loves tattooing, camping and pints. We met 3 years ago when Georgie was working behind the bar in the pub Molly hosts the pub quiz at. Tamsin works in sustainability and joined the flat in November last year!

The vibe:

We’re looking for a working professionals in their late 20s/early 30s who are sociable and have similar interests. We’re by no means a party house but we’re definitely social and enjoy hanging out in the evening and going for coffee or a pint. If this sounds like a bit of you then pls get in touch!
