Spacious shared living space with a well equipped kitchen (including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, hob and oven) leading into an open garden which catches great sun in the summer (great for a bbq and parties) There are 2 bathrooms with a toilet, sink and a shower in each.
The house very well connected, only a 15 minute walk from Brixton station (Victoria line) and a 15 minute walk from Clapham North station (Northern line).
The area has lots going on being so close to Clapham and Brixton - with lots of bar, restaurants, pubs and gyms being within 5mins walk.
