Room with Balcony in Brixton

Hello there,

We are looking for a new housemate to replace Ellie for 4 months. The four of us remaining are James, Dave, Josh and Anna.

We all work in a variety of different professions: Dave (30), the cool housemate, works in the music industry and DJs by night; Anna (29) works in PR by day and cooks risotto (and other delights) by night; Josh (25) is our resident Kiwi from down under and works a few different jobs in the fitness industry, including Rugby 7s and as a PT for fancy rich people; and James (30), a trainee solicitor and house entertainer.

As a house we like to watch TV together, go for drinks in the local pubs or explore London. We are therefore looking for a sociable, friendly and respectful housemate who is up for a pub trip from time to time and shares our love for terrible reality TV, but also has their own thing going on too. We have all made some great friends living here so we are not just looking for someone to share a house with, but to come and join in in the house festivities. Our preference is for a girl to keep the current balance, which seems to work well – sorry boys. The house is in a great location and is very reasonably priced for what’s on offer, the living spaces, garden, size of the room (furnished) etc.
