I really like the area. Lots happening, but our street is quiet. It's all pretty good ... Close to both Brixton and Clapham .. markets in both places and close to Brockwell Park and Clapham Common.
The bills are included. If energy bills don't drop and a lot of gas is used there would need to be a rent adjustment over winter towards the bills.
