Bright top-floor flat on a quiet residential street at the top of Brixton Hill, very close to Brixton Hill station. Large shared bathroom and extra toilet (3 bathrooms including your en-suite).

6 minutes’ walk to Brixton tube station
Excellent bus connections
A few minutes to Lidl and large Tesco
Very short walk to Brockwell Park
Many gyms and coffee shops nearby

Your Housemates:
3 friendly, professional women aged 26-29. We enjoy spending time together in the evenings - whether watching TV or eating together - but also have our own lives. We’d love to find someone who wants to socialise with us and make this their home!

What We’re Looking For:
Female housemate aged 25-30
Working professional (no students)
Guarantor required
Minimum 6-month commitment, then rolling
New tenancy agreement starting in May (rent staying the same!)
