A room has recently popped up in our flat in Clapham, and we’re looking for someone to move in at the end of March (29th/30th)! 🫶🏻🐝 Rent is £845 plus £100 for bills and the deposit when you move in. The flat is super sunny, has a gorgeous open plan kitchen/lounge and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath shower).

- 20 minute walk to Clapham Common (northern line) 👑☀️🩵
- 15 minute walk to Brixton (victoria line)
- Tescos Express 2 min walk away
- 8 minute walk to Sainsbury’s
- 15 min walk to Lidl
- Lots of gyms/cafes close by!!!

A little bit about us; we’re a super friendly and fun flat of girls who love to socialise, go out for nights in the city, have cosy evenings in and have a good natter 😚❤️

Ash (26) is a secondary school, English teacher who has been in London for almost two years, after moving over from New Zealand! In her spare time she loves running, going out for coffee, reading and socialising with friends 🦋🩷

Dani (30) is also a secondary school, science teacher and previous friend of Ash’s from university; she also just moved from New Zealand last year! She loves rollerskating, crafting, and games nights! 🎯📺 🛼🛼 🪡

Anna (25) is a research communications officer in international development at LSE and loves to go out for dinners, travel and watch Molly-Mae! 😘🌎🍜💕✈️

The room has popped up due to the fact that I’m moving away! I’m gutted to be leaving the girls and they’re literally like sisters to me; anyone who moves in would honestly be so welcome, and lucky to take my place! 🥰🥰 Ideally we’re looking for another gal (not a student sorry 🫣) to take my place and join the flat sisterhood x 💜💜
