Our 3-bed flat is located 10 min walk from Brixton underground, and right by Brockwell Park. Close by to loads of cosy pubs, nice restaurants and shops.
The flat is on the second floor of the building and is split over two levels.
The bright and sunny room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, two wardrobes.
The rent is £865 and bills come roughly to £120pm (less in summer months) and deposit is roughly £1000.
You will be signing onto the current lease which is till August 2026, with the possibility to extend after.
About the Flatmates 🫶
You will be living with two girls (28 - 30yo). Working professionals in london. Interests include, art, travel, pubbing and festivals!
We’re now looking for a new housemate (26+ no students please!) that will fit into our chilled yet sociable home. As much as we love spending time together when it permits, we all appreciate that we have busy lives and respect each others space and chill out time.
