🚨 URGENT – Looking for a 3rd Flatmate 🙂

Hi all!

Jess and I are looking for a third person to join our 3‑bed flat in Brixton.

Lease starts: 26th February.

The flat is split over two floors and is currently being fully renovated. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a big living room, a spacious kitchen, and a huge private south‑facing garden 🌞 that gets loads of light.

5 min walk from Brixton station
Comes furnished with essentials
Total rent: £2,585 (split depends on the room). Bills come to 100-120£ max each.

Space for one extra small piece of furniture
Built‑in closet just outside in the corridor
If wfh can use small utility room at the ground floor. We'll put a desk there

Linda – 25, Italian. Recently moved to London and really looking to build a little community here. Loves reading, art galleries, hiking, and other things.

Jess – 29, British. Been in London a while. Loves running, hiking, art galleries, and drawing.

We both work in the charity sector.
