Lovely double room available end of March

Hi everyone! I’m going travelling with my boyfriend and am seeking my replacement for the house.

We’re looking for a tidy, respectful and clean roommate to share our lovely home. The house is a beautiful light and open townhouse with a huge garden and a private balcony—something quite rare in zone 2 and perfect for summer! It also has great transport links nearby (just eight minutes to Brixton tube or fifteen minutes to Clapham North/Common), making it easy to get into the city quickly and enjoy the nature South West London has to offer.

Current housemates:
You’d be living with Ethan (27), Tasha and Josh (both 32, a couple). We all enjoy going to the gym, cooking and having a laugh together. We also occasionally have a little visitor staying with us for short periods of time, Levi the sausage dog 🥰 so liking dogs is a must!

Our ideal housemate:
We’re looking for a professional aged 26-35 with a hybrid working pattern, ideally spending at least three days a week in the office. We like a chilled night in watching TV together or occasionally a local pub quiz (this is not a party house!!) We want to maintain the friendly dynamic of the house but also value our own space and privacy.

The room:
It’s a cosy double bedroom that gets lots of natural light. There are drawers and a full length wardrobe in the room plus an additional wardrobe on the landing, so there’s plenty of storage for all your things. You’d be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

Move in date:
We’d be looking to fill the room from the end of March, but can be flexible if needed. The current tenancy is due to finish around September 2027.
