✨Double Room in Brixton

Double room available in 3 bedroom Brixton Victorian Flat. We are looking for either a guy or gal to join us in our home!

The room:
• Third floor double bedroom (on the smaller side)
• Fully furnished (Bed, bedside table, large wardrobe with built in mirror.)
• not ideal for WFH (a desk can be dragged in and placed in front of the mirror, there is a communal desk kept in hallway)
• £866 pcm rent (council tax £50pcm, other bills about £45-55pcm (+ deposit of 866)

🏡 The house is fully furnished, with separate kitchen, and living room. One roommate is on the top floor. Two bedrooms/living room on the other floor. Only one bathroom, but this has never really been an issue as we are all on very different schedules

📍 We are about 10 minutes walk to Brixton Station and under 20 from Clapham North. There is a big Tesco and Lidl nearby. There are also 2 big Sainos about 20 minutes away. We are on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle

👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼 We are 3 friends (1 couple and our friend). We are all 30/31 and work in hospo management, social work, and as a doctor. We all work from office/hospital. I WFH 1-2 times p/w. Ideally we are looking for someone who is in the office at least 3 days a week and someone who will be ok working from their room, rather than the common space). We often grab a coffee together, head to the pub together, pilates down the road and cook the occasional meal together!

We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. This is a home and not a party house. We are all very social and are often out and about.

We are keen to meet anyone who moves in first, so must be in ldn already. Subject to landlord approval as usual.
