The house is currently occupied by one friendly 65-year-old female, so we’re looking for someone respectful, clean and easy-going who will appreciate a calm and peaceful environment.

- Around 10 minutes’ walk to both Brixton and Stockwell tube stations
- Bus stop right outside the house
- Excellent transport links into central London
- Quiet residential area with a park directly opposite

- Bright and comfortable space
- Furnishings can be adjusted or added depending on your needs
- Suitable for working from home if required
