Subletting a spacious double bedroom with a bay window in a large 6 bedroom Victorian house, situated between Brixton and Herne Hill. Ideal for working from home and I can leave my monitors for your use, and all furniture is included -just bring your own bed sheets/quilt etc.

- It’s just a 12-minute walk to both Brixton Station (Victoria line) and Herne Hill Station
- Only a 2-minute walk to gorgeous Brockwell Park.
- Short stroll from loads of cafes, pubs (like Hootenanny, Effra Social), and Brixton Market just 10 minutes away.
- Sainsbury’s is a 5 minute walk, and Tesco/Lidl just 10-15 minutes.

Housemates:
The housemates are mid to late 20s, working in different fields like teaching, software, PR, events, and retail. We’re a really social bunch, movie nights, pub trips, games nights, so ideally you're someone who wants to join in from time to time. Plus, we have a house cleaner every 2 weeks.

Dates:
