Room in sociable house in Brixton Hill

Looking for a tenant to join a four-bed townhouse in Brixton Hill in early April. The house has a shared living space, kitchen, downstairs reception room, garden and small study space and is a 10-15 walk from both Clapham and Brixton high streets (8 mins from Clapham North tube, 12 mins from Clapham Common and Brixton). Bills and council tax (Band E) come to around £120 per month combined and we're very lucky to have a lovely and helpful landlady.



We're three professionals who work across the city, Ollie and Tom are friends from school who have lived here for 3 years and I moved in recently from Bristol. We enjoy hanging out together, whether in our living room, playing table football or on cinema trips and would love to welcome another housemate who would also enjoy these sort of things.
