Double room to rent in friendly houseshare in SW9

We are looking for a friendly housemate to join our houseshare near Brixton/Stockwell. The room that's available is well sized, gets lots of light, has enough room for a desk if you are WFH and the rest of the house is also really spacious. We are in council tax band E. Bills, including council tax, tend to come in at about an extra £150 a month (including a cleaner every 2 weeks).

The house is less than 10 minutes walk from Brixton, Stockwell and Clapham North tube stations. It is on a very peaceful residential road and comes with a garden, shed, large dining room, lounge, kitchen, kitchenette and two bathrooms.
