I’m looking to let my spacious bedroom in a 2-man flat in Brixton from early April (flexible on exact move-in date) until 21st August.

Big separate living room with lots of natural light

Large kitchen with all essentials (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, plenty of storage)

Modern bathroom with washing machine

Upstairs patio – great in the summer

Calm, tidy and well-kept throughout

You’ll be sharing with one other professional (25M, relaxed, respectful of shared space). It’s a friendly but independent setup, ideal for someone who wants a comfortable home rather than a party flat.

Location

Located in Brixton, with easy access to transport links, shops, cafes and green spaces. Well connected for commuting into central London.

Costs

Total monthly cost (your half of the rent + bills + council tax) comes to approximately £1,150 per month.

The Ideal Tenant

Looking for someone clean, responsible and easygoing who’s happy to keep shared spaces tidy. Professionals only in the range of 22 to 30 years old.
