Double room in SW9 BRIXTON available mid March

= £730 pcm inc all bills (internet, sky package, council tax & utilities) however, we do have a weekly cleaner at £24 each pcm.

Our much loved Irish housemate is leaving us after 2 fun filled years together 😭

We are a friendly, chilled household in our mid 20’s to late 30’s. We all get on really well, there are two of us that have shift work so it can be hard to get us all together! 🙂

*THE DOUBLE ROOM*:
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, LARGE stand alone wardrobe and shoe/rack stand.

The house has a great sized kitchen, massive lounge, main bathroom upstairs and also a separate toilet and shower downstairs. The kitchen has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, big fridge, air fryer etc and all appliances are new.

Our selling point is the backyard which gets much use during summer with a double hammock, washing line and fairy lights ✨ and GOOD VIBES!!!

It’s a 10mins walk to Brixton station and 7mins to Loughborough Junction making us well connected to get anywhere in London.
