I am moving out and am looking for someone to take my place in the house. I have had a great time living here, but am moving in with my brother, so I am looking for someone to replace me.
The room is a large, double bedroom on the top floor, which gets lots of natural light, and has pleanty of storage space - two sets of built in wardrobes, with additional space in the basement. It also comes furnished with a double bed and a desk. Communal spaces include a large bathroom (only shared with one other person), large living room, kitchen and garden. The house is off the main road, so is usually quite quiet.
The house is between Brixton and Clapham, and so has excellent transportation links (10 minutes walk each to Brixton (Victoria line) and Clapham North (Northern line), as well as good access to buses. There are pleanty of supermarkets nearby, including Tesco and Lidl (5 minutes walk) and Sainsburys (15 minutes walk). It's also very easy to get to the nearby parks, Clapham Common and Brockwell park.
The other housemates are a nurse, a surgeon and an environmental advisor. They are all very nice. We have our own lives, but sometimes enjoy a pub trip.
