Large double room - Brixton Hill

Unfortunately having to leave my lovely large room in Brixton Hill!

The room is a great size and is unfurnished (besides the bed and bedside table) - however if you’d like my wardrobe you’re welcome to it. It’s got massive windows too with loads of natural light throughout the day :)

The flat is on the third floor of a really friendly, quiet and welcoming building in Brixton Hill. It’s a 20/25 min walk into Brixton, or 8 minutes on the bus (and there’s a bus stop right outside the house!). There’s also a Sainsbury’s within 1 minute walk, and a pub at the end of the road. There’s pubs, great food and a gym a 10 minute walk away on Brixton Hill Road too!

It’s also a 20 minute walk into Streatham where there’s loads of lovely cafes and restaurants, a big Tesco and the world’s best charity shop for books/CDs/vinyls :) Clapham Common is a 25 minute walk away and a lovely place for a walk and a coffee, or a run if that’s your thing!

The flat has a lovely clean bathroom, a nice kitchen with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, and a shared living room where we like to play video games (we have a switch and a PlayStation!).

The other flatmate is a friendly 25 yr old consultant who occasionally works away and enjoys cooking, gaming and going out for drinks.

Rent is £925, bills (incl. council tax) tend to be around £300.
