Spacious Double Room In Brixton House Share

We have a spacious double bedroom available in our recently renovated friendly 7-bed house share located on Dalberg Rd, Brixton.

This bright and cozy double room is situated on the ground floor and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a small patio which is accessible via double glazed doors and a ground floor bathroom and shower which is shared with one other tenant.

The house has a large communal kitchen / living area which includes a kitchen island, 4 seater sofa, dining table, smart TV, American style fridge / freezer, 6 hob gas cooker and 2 washing machines.

There is also a large garden which is accessible via fully retractable bi-folding doors and includes a BBQ and garden seating. There is high speed fibre optic broadband throughout and a professional cleaner who visits once a week.

You would be living with 6 other housemates aged 29 to 40, all working professionals. We are a social house and enjoy watching TV together, performing averagely at pub quizzes, hosting occasional barbecues in the summer and participating in some impromptu karaoke after a few drinks ... but we also respect each others space, keeping the communal areas clean & tidy for each other and avoiding disturbing people late at night.

- Sandra (40) - Recruitment consultant from Nantes. Enjoys cooking, exercise and making the house look like an enchanted forest.
- Ed (32) - Engineering consultant from Salisbury. Enjoys football, pub, karaoke and cinema.
- Aisha (33) - Chemist and independent research fellow from Warrington. Enjoys covalent bonds.
- Louis (29) - Building Surveyor from London. Enjoys music, cycling, swimming and travel.
- Sorcha (32) - Computer scientist / coder from Ireland. Enjoys run clubs, going to the gym & the traitors.
- Tom (29) - Our newest housemate who enjoys cycling, lord of the rings marathons & gymming.

The move in date is Saturday 11th April.
