Two rooms available in a Clapham North flat!

Hi!!

We’re looking for 2 girls (can be friends or solo) to sublease our rooms in our Clapham North house from the 3rd of April.

You’d be living with 2 other girls - Hannah (25) is a model/works at a vets and Lucy (23) works in Marketing. They’re both super chill, social, love cooking and a drink but also enjoy their own space.

12 min walk to Clapham North (Northern line)
15 min to Brixton Station (Victoria line)

• 3 min walk to Lidl, 5 min to Sainsbury’s Local

The house is really big (comes with piano) and there is a garden which is perfect for summer pres etc. The road is really quiet and the neighbours are lovely.

The rooms come furnished. The bigger room is £1050 the smaller is room is £950. (Bills approximately £120/ month). Theres also a spare room that is great for when friends stay and can also be used for storage or as a study.

The deposit is £1,153.
