Lovely, bright room available in Brixton in a flat with 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, one with a bath) and a balcony.

Location is 15 minute walk from Brixton station, 5 minute walk to a Tesco and gym, and a 10 minute walk from Brockwell park, with a bus stop right outside.

Quiet without feeling detached and a large open plan living room/kitchen area, which is always kept to a clean and comfortable standard. Housemates (3 boys and a girl) are professionals and creatives, who enjoy films, music, books, exercise. We're a friendly bunch but respect each other's space and downtime when we're busy working. We all value clean and tidy housemates. The room comes with a bed and mattress and a wardrobe fitted with a full length mirror with space for a desk and/or chest of drawers. Window is large, let's in a lot of light and opens fully to let in air. Other housemates work a mix of hybrid and full time and there's plenty space in the kitchen for work sessions.
