Looking for someone to replace me in a shared house just a ten minute walk fromBrixton Station. The available room is a double bed. The flat comes with a large living area, backyard and a well sized kitchen.

Your housemates will be two professionals in their mid twenties. They often work from home so space is limited for remote work. Both are very clean, friendly and respectful.

Bills are not included but remain reasonable year round.

The house is a ten minutes walk from Brixton Station, has many bus stops nearby and is only twenty minutes from Herne Hill Station.

Additonally, Brockwell Park is just around the corner and is absolutely stunning in the summer.

The room is available from the 12th of April onwards.
