Looking for someone to take over my spacious double room while I’m away for work from mid-May to mid-September.

📍 Location: Right on the edge of Brockwell Park, perfectly positioned between Brixton and Herne Hill. Great access to green space, cafés, pubs, and transport links.

• Bright, fully furnished double bedroom
• Comfortable bed, lots of storage, and plenty of natural light
• Ideal for someone looking for a relaxed, homely space over the summer

🏡 The Flat:
• Sharing with 3 friendly, easygoing guys
• Sociable but respectful of personal space
• Fully equipped kitchen and shared living areas
• Large outdoor area
• 2 bathrooms - you will be sharing with one other boy

💷 Rent:
• £1,100 per month
• Bills approx. £100/month

📅 Dates:
• Mid-May to mid-September (flexible on exact dates for the right person)

✨ Who we’re looking for:
Someone tidy, considerate, and easy to live with - ideally a young professional who’s looking for a short-term stay in a great area over summer.

The boys are sociable, enjoy going to the pub and watching tv/sport together but also respectful of personal space and each others privacy.
