Spare room in Brixton / Herne Hill

Room available to rent from Mid May (flexible dates). I currently share this flat with my friend, however I am relocating at short notice. The flat is a chill vibe, both into music / food / going out and ultimately would want the person moving in the become a mate. Would be ideal for a young professional like ourselves who likes to enjoy themselves on a weekend. Open to all genders and would potentially consider a couple.
The flat itself is a nice gated community, about a 10 min walk from Brixton tube, and 15 min walk to Herne Hill. It is conveniently placed next to a big Sainsbury’s and is a 1 minute walk from Brockwell Park and there are gyms within 5-10 mins walking. The flat itself a new build design so has a modern feel, with decent storage.
As it stands, the lease on the flat ends in September so I am looking to sublet until then. After that, the option would then be up to you to continue the lease and would add you to it.
