Flat: 3 bed flat with a large open plan kitchen / living area, part of a brand new block of flats in Brixton. The flat is on the top floor with a great view of London and a large terrace.
Location: Stewart’s Place, Brixton (about a 15 min walk from the tube also a 20 min walk to Clapham)
Housemates: Skylar (26) and Sophie (25), both working full time in marketing / finance. They’re fairly social and want a flatmate who will also be a friend. Do a lot of nights in/ cooking and some nights out to bars.
The flat is unfurnished but I’m happy to sell my furniture for a reasonable price (bed, mattress, bedside tables, desk)
