Double Room Available in July Brixton/Herne Hill

Hi !! I’m moving out of my room between Brixton and Herne Hill, and looking for someone to take it over. The room will be available on 1st July.

The house is 10 mins to Brixton for the Victoria line, and 10 mins to Herne Hill station for National Rail. It is also 1 min to Brockwell Park, 2 mins to a big Sainsbury’s, and there is a bus stop right outside.

It is a spacious 4 bed with a shared kitchen and separate living/dining room. You would be sharing a bathroom with 2 others as one of the rooms has an ensuite, and there is also a smaller toilet downstairs.

The room is £900 pcm + bills (approx £100-140 per month depending on season). Deposit is £700. It comes with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers but there is plenty of space to add a desk too if you wfh. The room also gets a lot of sunlight during the day which is a bonus☀️ You will be living with Kirsty, Genevieve and Greg, all working professionals who do a mix of wfh/office. They are all 28-30 y/o and super clean and friendly! We all have our own busy lives and hobbies, but like to hang out when we can.
