Double Room in Gorgeous Brixton Flat

Hey there!

I am leaving my absolutely gorgeous apartment and my amazing flat mate so we’re looking for someone to replace me.
This space is honestly the best place I’ve lived but unfortunately I am having to relocate due to work.

It is a 2 bedroom apartment split over two floors. You’ll be sharing with Miz (26) who works for Age UK - she is the loveliest person who pours so much care into the flat. We originally met through spare room and she welcomed me with so much love and the flat instantly felt like a home with her.

It is an incredible location, just a couple mins walk from Brixton station (Victoria Line) so all shops are on the doorstep and easy access to central London. There is the gorgeous Brockwell Park close by and so much to enjoy in Brixton - bars, food, music etc.

The room is a double room furnished with a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside drawers. A huge bonus - the landlord allows you to paint and decorate however you want!

It is a relaxed and sociable flat, Miz loves cooking up a roast dinner with friends, hanging out and having chats but also respects your own space too. She is out and about socialising and on trips a lot so you often have the place to yourself.

Rent: 1125
Bills: approx 100.
Move-in date: 1st June, can be flexible in May too.
