Double room to rent in fantastic new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in the heart of Brixton.

I'm looking for a fun and easy-going flatmate to live with me in my flat that is situated on Coldharbour Lane in the heart of bustling Brixton, SW9.

The flat is part of a brand new development by Barratts called Milles Square that was completed in November 2013.

It is located just 3 minutes walk from Brixton tube and backs onto Brixton Village – a covered community market run by local traders. Excellent transport links – Zone 2 on the Victoria line - (central London just 10-15 minutes away), as well as the overland and well connected buses.

Milles Square is a 5 storey gated development and there is a concierge on site 7 days a week from 8am-8pm. My flat is situated on the third floor and is the central flat in its block so has fantastic views into the courtyard below.

The flat consists of two bedrooms (both with double beds), two bathrooms, hallway, open plan kitchen and living room, plus a balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
