This two-level flat is part of a block of flats and is fully furnished. It has its own direct front door at ground level. The bedroom has a clothes rail, 8 cubby holes and some shelving.

The kitchen is modern with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Living / dining room has direct access to a private courtyard with table, chairs and BBQ.

The modern bathroom has a bath and built-in power shower. There is a second, separate loo downstairs.

All local amenities are very near with a Sainsburys right round the corner, Brockwell Park and Brixton's lively bars, restaurants and clubs a short walking distance from the flat. Easy access to Brixton centre with the tube, Ritzy picture house and the Brixon Rec centre, bars and clubs.

Bills are included and cover: - a bimonthly cleaner, council tax, Netflix TV, broadband, utilities etc.
