ABOUT ME
I'm Dan, I work in TV production. I’m laid back, fun but also tidy, clean and considerate. Looking for someone similar. This is not a landlord and lodger situation, but a home that we will share as equal housemates :-)

LOCATION AND MORE DETAILS:
- Location: SW2. Quiet residential street

- Location is right in the middle of Brixton and Herne Hill. Brixton with its amazing diversity, culture, and mecca of shops, bars, restaurants and much more (inc. Brixton Village which is a 5 min walk). Herne Hill with its relaxed village feel and fantastic Sunday market (7 min walk to both Brixton & Herne Hill stations)
- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sitting room, kitchen, garden
- Super fast fibre wi-fi / 48 inch HD TV with surround sound in sitting room
- 5 min walk to a Sainbury’s superstore / 3 min walk to the expensive spaces of Brockwell Park / on-street parking outside house

Note: I’m currently renovating the back garden - it will be ready for spring. The bathroom has also been renovated, there's a few final bits to finish but this will be done by the time you move in!
