Big double room, awesome Brixton house

Short term let (3 - 5 months).

Sadly one of our housemates is leaving our awesome Brixton home, meaning we have one large double bedroom available.

There are 3 of us amigos remaining from Australia, NZ and a home grown Brit (2 girls, one guy). We've been in the house for 3 years now, and we're looking to spend one more summer in it before moving onto other things (buying etc....).

We’re looking for an outgoing, professional single. Whilst we're all pretty busy we do spend time together at home/out and so are looking for someone social who wants to hang out and not just stay in their room. We're all very easy going, fun, active etc. and so are looking for a like minded person!

The room is available from early April for 3 - 5 months (potential to extend). The price marked is for £840, plus bills of around £120pm.

About the house:

It's huge. Three storeys, two bathrooms (currently we have a guys bathroom and girls bathroom), another WC downstairs, four bedrooms, big living room with a monster-couch for Sunday movies, big kitchen with both dining and table tennis tables, and pretty great outdoor patio area.

The bedroom available is big and really bright, it comes furnished with king size bed, wardrobes, bedside tables etc.

Location:
We are less than a five minute walk from; Brixton tube, Brixton Village/Market, Pop Brixton and all the main bars, as well as Brockwell Park and the Lido pool. The road we're on is quiet and really nice.
